Warranty Consideration Policy
Products returned for warranty consideration will be sent back to the manufacturer for final disposition. The manufacturer is the only one who can determine a defective product.
Return Policy
Janitor Supplies Australia will accept return of any stock product within 15 days of purchase with no restocking fee if the item has not been used and is in original packaging. Items not in original package will be subject to a repackaging fee.
1. A Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be secured before any item may be returned.
2. RMA number must be displayed on the outside of box
3. Customer will be responsible for freight on all items returned for credit. (Except items shipped in error)
